We offer two options here, depending on the kind of the project.
1. Fixed cost. For short, clearly-defined projects
- Requires a detailed technical specification or a set of stable requirements.
- Fixed-quote based on the estimated resources (technology involved, staff and expertise required) and deadlines.
- Signed fixed-price, fixed-scope contract before the start.
- All changes, scope, requirements, etc., require an amendment to the contract and must follow correct change management procedure.
2. Time & materials. For projects which are fluid, lack clarity or involve research
- Changes in the requirements or variations in the tasks are reflected in the costs.
- Staff can be increased or reduced based on ongoing needs as agreed with client.
- Simplified change management procedures.
- No change-cost negotiations.
